Two from Trenton arrested and charged on drug allegations

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department reports two Trenton men have been arrested and charged on drug allegations.

Twenty-year-old Bryce Raylan Farmer was arrested Wednesday on four felony counts of delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid as well as one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only.

Court documents accuse Farmer of selling THC wax to a confidential informant four times in June and July as well as possessing more than 35 grams of marijuana with intent to distribute it.

Twenty-seven-year-old Steven Kyle Johnson was arrested Tuesday on felony possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid with bond established at $15,000 cash only.  Court documents accuse Johnson of possessing methamphetamine.

Both Farmer and Johnson are scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court Tuesday, September 25.
