Iowa woman arrested in Putnam County on multiple allegations

A Centerville, Iowa woman arrested by the Highway Patrol in Putnam County Thursday morning has been charged in Putnam County.

Online court information shows 42-year-old Mindy Sager was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid as well as the misdemeanors of exceeding the posted speed limit, operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license—first offense, and owner operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility—first offense. Her bonds total $6,000 cash or surety.

Sager was arraigned Thursday and is next scheduled for the Associate Division of Putnam County Circuit Court October 9th.
