The Missouri State Fair iannounces an additional concert for its 2024 lineup.
Contemporary Christian artists Tauren Wells and Jordan Feliz are set to perform on Wednesday, August 14, as part of the State Fair Grandstand, presented by CFM Insurance, in the concert series at the 2024 Missouri State Fair.
Tauren Wells is a celebrated musician, preacher, public speaker, and father, with 10 GRAMMY® Award nominations, six number ones, over 225 million career video views, seven GMA Dove Awards, a Billboard Music Award nomination, and more than 1.1 billion global streams to date. Through his precise artistry, masterful lyrics, and dance-oriented performances, Tauren uniquely connects his contemporary Christian and Gospel sound with elements of pop, hip-hop, and R&B.
With his 2022 album “Joy In The Morning,” his first record with Capitol Records/CCMG and third career album, he showcases his genre-bending musical talent and limitless creative range—drawing from a lifetime of influences across gospel, pop, R&B, and more. Born and raised in Michigan, Tauren currently resides in Texas with his wife and four sons. The Wells family recently announced that they will be opening a church in Austin, TX, in January 2024, called the Church of Whitestone.
Pop recording artist and songwriter Jordan Feliz quickly became a household name when his first radio single, “The River”—the title track from his critically acclaimed debut—became a smash hit.
