Individuals who have appeared in court already and would like to enter a guilty plea and pay a fine and costs can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card or mail in a written guilty plea with a check or money order in the correct amount.

Those who have not appeared in court and would like to enter a guilty plea and pay a fine and costs can pay over the phone or mail in a written plea with a check or money order. They can also log on to Case Net at courts (dot) mo (dot) gov, search for their case, click the plead and pay button at the bottom, enter a guilty plea, and pay a fine and costs through the website. Persons with more than one case will need to repeat the process on Case Net for each case.

Those who have already appeared in court, already entered a guilty plea and received a sentence can pay over the phone or mail a check or money order with the case number listed. They can also log on to Case Net, select the Pay by Web option, enter their case number, and pay their fines and costs. If there is more than one case, the process on Case Net will need to be repeated for each case.
