Iowa motorist arrested by patrol for DWI and more

The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Harrison County arrested a motorist from Ottumwa, Iowa, on Sunday at 2:25 p.m.

31-year-old Kercy Freddy was taken on a 12-hour hold to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center in Bethany.

The patrol accuses Freddy of driving while intoxicated and having no valid operator’s license. He also was wanted on a Newton County warrant for speeding and having no driver’s license.
