Dianna Eddy obit photoDianna “Dee” Grace Eddy, age 59, of Milan, MO, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at her residence in Milan.

Dee was born on January 3, 1965, in Unionville, MO, the daughter of Frederick Snow Jr. and Marlys Williams (Toney). She was raised in the Green Castle area and attended Green City schools. Dee served her country with the US Army National Guard until her honorable discharge on February 1, 1983. She was united in marriage to Jerry Eddy on December 29, 1996.

Dee loved her family and was an amazing and beautiful wife, mother, and grandmother. She had worked for RAIL as a caretaker and at Con-Agra Foods in Milan. Dee loved to collect decorative Native American items, especially dream catchers. She also collected rings and loved music. She was of the Christian faith and truly loved everyone and was always ready to lend a helping hand.

Dee will be greatly missed by her husband, Jerry Eddy of Milan; her children, Vanessa Minor of Kirksville, MO, Kristal Wertz (Carter) of Unionville, MO, Alissa Eddy of Milan, MO, Junior Eddy (Nikki) of Milan, MO, Tony Eddy (Tammy) of Milan, MO, Steve Eddy (Gina) of Milan, MO, and Jaclyn May (Bryce) of Milan, MO; along with her grandchildren: Hunter Cordray, Carlee Smith, Melaynie Smith, Nasiha Snow, Arieonna Rainey, James Buckler, Kace Eddy, Maverick Eddy, Remington Eddy, Aaron Eddy, Jeryk Eddy, Kaden Eddy, Ashley Wyant, Taylor Eddy, Dustin Eddy, Trace Eddy, Colton Eddy, Keagan Eddy, Zane Dailing, Jacobi Keller, Shelby May, Lexi May, and Alex May; and many great-grandchildren; along with her dear friend, Janie Potter of Green City, MO; and her mother, Marlys Williams of Abilene, TX; several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eulah and Frederick Snow, and her father, Frederick Snow Jr.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be given to the family and mailed to Jerry Eddy at 811 Highland St., Milan, MO 63556.
