The Livingston County Health Center announces another resident died due to COVID-19, which brings the total number of deaths to 24. Thirteen cases were also added for a total of 904. Seventy-five cases are active, with 49 in the community, 17 facility actives, and nine school actives. There are eight current hospitalizations for Livingston County.
Eleven COVID-19 cases have been added in Harrison County since December 7th. The health department reports 532 total cases. Active cases remain at 55. There are eight COVID-19-related deaths reported for Harrison County.
COVID-19 cases increased by eight in Linn County, which the health department reports bring the total to 756. Active cases decreased by three to 63. Fifty-four of the active cases are in the community. Twenty COVID-19-related deaths have been reported for Linn County.
Confirmed COVID-19 cases in Mercer County increased by one, and probable cases increased by five. The health department notes there are 101 confirmed cases and 102 probable cases. Active cases decreased by four to 60. Two COVID-19-related deaths have been reported for Mercer County.
