Multiple charges are pending after a Bethany woman was arrested Sunday afternoon in Harrison County.
The highway patrol reports 38-year-old Winter Clayton was taken on a 24-hour hold to the Harrison County Jail.
In a preliminary report, the highway patrol has accused Winter Clayton of distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
