The Trenton R-9 Board of Education has offered a contract for the school district’s Superintendent position. The name of the person was not expected to be announced before Monday because of a notification process.
Seven candidates were interviewed Friday during a special meeting of the Board of Education with the vote to offer a contract unanimous.
Current Trenton R-9 Superintendent Dan Wiebers has resigned effected June 30th to take the Superintendent’s job at Chillicothe R-2.
