The Chillicothe City Council voted to hire four firefighters during an executive session this week. Firefighters hired were Matthew Chaney, Luke Plummer, Zackary Dunn, and James Logan. Chillicothe City Clerk Rozanne Frampton reports the city council voted five to zero on the action.
