The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Spickard man on February 25th.
Fifty-three-year-old Richard Tharp was arrested for. failure to appear in court on misdemeanor property damage.
Tharp’s bond is $1,045 cash only and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of Circuit Court on March 9th.
