The Pleasant View R-6 Board of Education has approved a contract for an addition to the school.
The contract with Weldon Builders was approved after the board opened and reviewed three proposals. All change orders are to be approved by Rebecca Steinhoff. Steinhoff notes Pleasant View is working out the final details and costs of the contract.
The oath of office was administered to Incumbent Ben Thomas.
