A breaker tripping open at the north substation in Trenton caused a power outage Tuesday morning in the north and east parts of the city. That is according to City Administrator Ron Urton.
Power was out in the area for around half an hour and Urton says it is unknown why the breaker tripped open. The cause is under investigation.
