The Livingston County Health Center of Chillicothe is offering free and reduced fee screenings for diabetics in November for Diabetes Awareness Month.
Free blood glucose testing is available at the health center on Tuesday mornings from 8 to 10 o’clock.
Reduced fee hemoglobin A1C tests for the first 50 who request them will be offered at the adult blood draw clinic the morning of November 28th from 7 to 10 o’clock.
Certified Diabetes Educator Anita Perry is also offering free individual diabetes counseling by appointment. Call the Livingston County Health Center for more information at 660-646-5506.
