The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Polo man in Ray County Wednesday on multiple allegations.
Sixty-nine-year-old James Boyle was accused of felony driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, no insurance, and two counts of assault.
Boyle was taken to the Ray County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
