The highway patrol reports the arrest of a Green City resident.
Fifty-five-year-old Ira Helton was arrested Wednesday morning on a Sullivan County warrant accusing him of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He was also accused of possessing 11 to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Helton was taken to the Sullivan County jail.
