A Chillicothe man was arrested Wednesday night at 9:17 pm by the Highway Patrol in Livingston County.
Thirty-year-old Seth Turbyfill faces several allegations including felony unlawful possession of a firearm, driving while intoxicated for drugs, exceeding the posted speed limit, and failure to wear a seat belt.
