The Chillicothe Farmers Market will hold a question and answer session about selling at the market, a food vendor certification and annual renewal session, and its annual meeting at the FCS Financial Building in Chillicothe the night of Monday, March 27.
Market Master Beth Weidner says the question and answers session starting at 6:15 will provide an opportunity for new growers and producers to learn from experienced marketers about everything from packaging and pricing to health department requirements.
The certification and renewal session will start at 6:30 and will go over requirements for selling processed food at the Market with the meeting to start at 7 o’clock.
The agenda includes planning and budgeting for advertising and events, setting dues, and election of officers and the board.
