City Clerk Rozeanne Frampton reports John E. Plaster, Junior filed for the third ward councilman position.
Others who filed in Chillicothe include Theresa Kelly and Reed Dupy for Mayor, Rozanne Frampton for city clerk, Tom Ashbrook for councilman-at-large, Dennis Albertson, Junior as first ward councilman, and Wayne Cunningham for the second ward.
