The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton woman Wednesday for alleged theft of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.
Online court information shows 32-year-old Abby Farris has been charged with one count of felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is $20,000 cash only, and arraignment was held Thursday in the Associate Division of Livingston County Circuit Court. The case was continued to November 7th to set or waive a preliminary hearing.
Farris was remanded to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.
