A Trenton couple has been charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child in ritual/ceremony—second degree.
Bond for 27-year-old William Kyle and 28-year-old Thomasa Kristina Swartz is $5,000 cash only for each individual.
A probable cause statement accuses the Swartzes of allowing three children to live in unsanitary conditions that can cause a health risk to household members under the age of seven. The couple allegedly allowed trash and debris to pile up in the house, which led to the infestation of mice and mice droppings.
