Highway patrol arrests teenager in Caldwell County
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a Fresno, California resident was arrested late Saturday morning in Caldwell County Eighteen-year-old Hannah Herron was accused of speeding 93 miles an hour in a 65 zone, possessing under 35 grams of marijuana, and possessing drug paraphernalia. The teen was transported to the Caldwell County jail.
