Saint Luke’s Health System has set up incident management teams at all of its hospitals and entities to keep patients and staff safe regarding the Coronavirus. The health system includes Wright Memorial Hospital of Trenton and Hedrick Medical Center of Chillicothe.
A system incident management team has also been created to oversee the operational and logistical response to the outbreak.
Operations Section Chief of Incident Management Doctor Marc Larsen says Saint Luke’s has set up a repository for staff of up to date information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Director of Infectious Disease Evidence-Based Team Doctor Sarah Boyd says new processes and procedures have also been implemented to screen staff after travel and patients.
Individuals at Saint Luke’s locations are requested to ask for a mask if they have a fever or cough.
