The Highway Patrol reports a Savannah man involved in a motorcycle accident on southbound Interstate 35 eight miles north of Winston has died.
Fifty-eight-year-old Thomas Beaver died Friday after his motorcycle struck a deer, which caused it to overturn and eject him the night of July 1.
The Patrol reports Beaver was wearing safety equipment at the time of the accident.
