The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission approved Bill Stevenson’s request for a conditional use permit at its meeting last Wednesday night.
The request was to change from business use to residential to allow for a structure at 924 Washington Street to be converted into a one bedroom studio unit.
The conditional use permit will advance to the city council for its consideration.
