A pickup truck Sunday night hit two cows on a lettered route in eastern Putnam County six miles southwest of Martinstown.
The pickup was driven by 50-year-old Thad Minear of Unionville who wasn’t reported hurt. A passenger, 32-year-old Lacey Cassday-Minear of Unionville, received minor injuries and was taken by a private vehicle to the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.
Both occupants were using seat belts and the truck received moderate damage.
