Patrol has busy Friday night with arrest of three

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of three individuals in the area Friday night on various allegations.

Thirty-six-year-old Brenda King of Kirksville was arrested in Daviess County and was accused of driving while intoxicated: drugs, failure to move a vehicle not in motion as far right as practicable, no valid driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamines.

King was taken to the Cameron Regional Medical Center for medical treatment and released.

Thirty-three year old Heather Haynes of Gallatin was arrested in DeKalb County and accused of endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated: prior offender, exceeded the posted speed limit, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Haynes was transported to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.

Fifty-one-year-old Kendal Tade of Novinger was arrested in Adair County and accused f the felonies of unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest, and felon in possession of a firearm as well as numerous traffic violations.

Tade was transported to the Adair County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
