The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of two men in Putnam County for drugs Friday night.
The Patrol accused 28-year-old Dexter Bartmess of Unionville of possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also accused of failure to dim headlights, failure to display valid plates, no insurance, and no seat belt.
The Patrol accused 28-year-old Kyle Baysinger of Belton of felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of methamphetamine as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was transported to the Putnam County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
