The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 49-year-old Carrie Howard in Sullivan County.
Howard was accused of felony possession of methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Howard was transported to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department.
