The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Minnesota in Daviess County Friday night on several allegations.
Sixty-three-year-old Terry Kirven of Minneapolis was accused of felony driving while intoxicated, exceeding the posted speed limit, failure to drive within the right lane, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was transported to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
