Livingston County Sheriff expands “Most Wanted” list

Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox has added an individual to the department’s “Most Wanted” list.

Wanted is Charles A Webster. He is a 20-year-old African American male. His last known address was 22418 Blair Street, St. Louis, Missouri, 63106. He is five feet, eight inches tall, weighs one hundred twenty seven pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Webster is wanted in Livingston County on a class C felony of tampering with a motor vehicle, as well as a class D felony of resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing, creating a risk of injury or death to an individual.

His bond is twenty five thousand dollars on warrant number 16LV-CR00246. The warrant is dated May 24, 2016.
