The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Cainsville man in Harrison County Tuesday morning.
The Patrol accused 54-year-old James Harris of the class E felony of driving while suspended or revoked as well as exceeding the posted speed limit.
He was transported to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour-hold.
