A Spickard resident, 36-year old Jesse Richmond, has been accused in Grundy County of violating his parole. Richmond was to be transported to the department of corrections.
A 39-year-old Wheeling resident, Patrick Oyler, has been charged in Grundy County with non-support of three children.
Oyler was being held at the Grundy County Detention Center in lieu of one thousand dollars cash only bond.
Oyler is to appear April 26 in Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
