The Grundy County Assessor’s Field Review team will confirm new construction turned into the assessor’s office by taxpayers with their personal property information.
If you turned in new construction to the office, you can expect staff to be at your property within the next six to eight weeks.
Pursuant to a Missouri State Statute, the assessor and/or staff has a lawful right to be on your property for the purpose of assessing said property.
