Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Crystal Narr has joined the 28th Annual Leadership Missouri program.
The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry offers the program which consists of seven monthly, two-day sessions held in different regions of the state in order for participants to network with the state’s top government, business, and non-profit leaders.
Leadership Missouri is designed to enhance the leadership skills of current and emerging leaders through the exploration of the state’s economic, political, and social issues and to help participants gain a better understanding of the diverse industries and individuals making up Missouri’s economy.
This year’s program began with a reception at the Governor’s Mansion where program alumni welcomed the 2018 class. The class then spent two days in Jefferson City learning about the inner workings of the legislature and how public policy is made and enforced. There are 39 participants in this year’s Leadership Missouri.
