A single-vehicle accident in Carroll County Tuesday night claimed the life of two Carrollton residents.
The Highway Patrol reports 55-year-old Charles Wells drove east on Highway 10 when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road, collided with two signs, and overturned. Wells and his passenger, 31-year-old Tiffany Endicott, were pronounced dead at the scene and both were transported to the Bittiker Funeral Home of Carrollton.
The Patrol reports neither Wells or Endicott wore a safety device at the time of the accident. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene of the crash.
