A Trenton man has been arrested and charged with burglary from an incident last week.

Thirty-six-year-old Jonathan LeRoy Davis was arrested Sunday and accused of unlawfully entering an inhabitable structure, for the alleged purpose of stealing, at 30-39 East 10th Street. That’s the location for Richard’s (Ishmael) Used Tires.  Bond for Davis is $10,000 (cash or corporate surety). He’s to appear May 28th in the associate division of Grundy County Circuit Court.

A parole violation warrant has been served on Milan resident, 34-year-old Dustin Eli Nickell. His original charge is non-support. The warrant was issued by the division of probation and parole with the corrections department.

Nickell is held in custody in Trenton on other Grundy County charges at the detention center pending a court appearance June 13th in Division One of the Grundy county circuit court. Those charges include two felony counts, three misdemeanors, and two infractions.
