The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton resident on two counts of sexual misconduct or attempt involving a child under 15, a class D felony.
Eighteen-year-old Colby Weaver was arrested Tuesday and is scheduled for the associate division of circuit court February 14.
Bond is $30,000 cash only.
