A woman from Bosworth was injured yesterday afternoon when the car she was driving, according to the highway patrol, traveled off Highway 10 and into a field in Carroll County.
Sixty-five-year-old Diane Fears was taken by emergency medical services to the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton with minor injuries. Fears stated she apparently suffered a medical event while driving.
Ms. Fears was wearing a seat belt and the car received moderate damage.
