The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of one individual on stealing charges and one on a domestic assault charge.

Forty-eight-year-old Kellie Holtman of Saint Joseph was extradited from Buchanan County and arrested on Wednesday. She has been charged with the felonies of stealing—motor vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft and stealing–$750 or more. Bond is $15,000 cash only.

Holtman is accused of acting in concert with Bevan Bohm in January in appropriating a 2013 Dodge Avenger owned by Patricia Calivere by means of deceit and with the purpose to deprive her thereof. Holtman is also accused of acting in concert with Bohm in appropriating five pairs of shoes, two sets of car keys and electronic remotes, personal information of Calivere, a clasp-type wallet, and a personal checkbook belonging to Calivere, at a value of at least $750, without consent and with the purpose to deprive her thereof.

Bohm is not currently being held in Grundy County. He has been charged with the felonies of stealing—motor vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft and stealing–$750 or more. His bond is $15,000 cash only.

Forty-three-year-old Justin Taul of Trenton was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree domestic assault—first or second offense. Bond is $1,500 cash only. Court documents accuse Taul of recklessly causing physical pain to someone with which he resided by pushing, grabbing, and squeezing the person’s face this week.

Holtman and Taul are scheduled for the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court on March 10th.
