The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Gallatin man for failure to register as a sex offender.
The Trenton Police Department arrested 54-year-old Lynn Dean Shipley Monday for the felony. His bond is $10,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court October 24th.
Court documents accuse Shipley of failing to advise the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office of a temporary residence in Trenton in person and in writing within three days of residence on Tindall Avenue within 1,000 feet of a licensed daycare.
