Trenton man arrested on two counts of felony property damage

The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton man Monday on two counts of felony property damage in the first degree.

Bond for 20-year-old Dakota Garrett Fredricks is $10,000 cash or corporate surety and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court February 13th.

Court documents accuse Fredricks of damaging a passenger window, door, and panel of a 2013 Ram 1500 owned by Rachel Lorenz by shooting it with a BB gun with damages exceeding $750.

Fredricks is also accused of damaging windows of a 1994 Chevrolet pickup owned by Carey Lovell, a 2001 Ford Expedition owned by Colleen Phillips, a 2011 Kia Soul owned by Brian Habelitz, and a 2006 Pontiac Grand Am owned by Cody Datson by shooting the vehicles with a BB gun with damages exceeding $750.
