The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton man on the felony charge of non-support with total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under a support order.
Forty-two-year-old Damon William Buss was arrested Monday.
His bond is $5,000 cash only, and he is scheduled for the associate division of circuit court March 28.
Court documents accuse Buss of knowingly failing to provide adequate support for his minor children for whom he was legally obligated to provide such support with total arrears of $24,711.71 on January 31.
