The Trenton high school band has accepted an invitation to march and play in a Thanksgiving Day parade,  one that is in Houston, Texas.

Trenton R-9 band director Tim Gilham spoke recently with John Anthony:

The television audience for the parade is described as “regional” including the states of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Here’s Trenton high school Principal Ron Franklin:

After the Thanksgiving Day parade, the Trenton youths and chaperones will spend the afternoon at the beaches in Galveston, Texas.  Friday, November 25th will have the group visiting Houston including NASA Space Center and Kemah boardwalk.
