Several items are on the agenda for a meeting of the Trenton Building and Nuisance Board Monday night, September 24th. The meeting is scheduled for 6 o’clock at Trenton City Hall.
Items on the agenda include approval of demolition of structures and asbestos abatement bids.
The board is to consider “Certificates of Existence of Dangerous Buildings” at seven locations including 305 East 10th Street, 400 Washington, 412 East 10th street, 503 West 12th Street, 1415 Lulu, 1715 Lulu and 2303 Chicago.
The board is to consider “Declaration of Nuisances” at 802 Grant, 812 Grant, and 1409 Lulu and what’s called “Findings of Fact” at 511 East 9th Street.
Public hearings are planned regarding 437 West Crowder Road and 1312 Gilmore.
