The Trenton Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing next month to hear a request from Phil and Connie Hoffman.
The hearing regarding a property at 161 South Main Street will be at the Trenton City Hall the night of June 3rd at 7 o’clock.
The request is for a 480 square foot variance on the maximum requirement of 720 square feet on an accessory structure to allow for a 1,200 square foot garage to be built.
