Three teenagers dead in Southeast Missouri crash

Three teenagers are dead in a crash and another seriously injured in Southeast Missouri.

Pronounced dead at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center approximately three hours after the crash were the driver, 16-year-old Linda Schulz, a passenger, 16-year old Camille McCain and a third passenger, 14-year old Cody Logan.

A fourth occupant in the vehicle, 14-year old Martez Janis, was flown by medical helicopter to a Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee with serious injuries.

The accident happened late Saturday night one mile north of Poplar Bluff on Route W as the northbound car went off the left side of the road and hit a tree demolishing the car.

The patrol reports three of the four teenagers were wearing seatbelts in that Southeast Missouri crash while the fourth occupant was not.
