Mayor of Spickard, Jesse Richmond, has announced a burn ban for the town of Spickard.
The ban is due to expected warm and windy weather coupled with the very dry conditions.
Richmond said anyone at Spickard caught burning will be subject to being ticketed or charged a fee if the fire department has to come out and extinguish a blaze.
The town of Spickard burn ban will be in effect until further notice.
