A Polo resident was injured Thursday afternoon in a collision at a Ray County intersection.
Eighty three-year-old Wendelin Herman received moderate injuries and was taken to the Liberty Hospital.
Herman was westbound on Highway 210 when he allegedly failed to yield to a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Tricia Maynard of Richmond who wasn’t hurt.
Both drivers were using seat belts and vehicle damage was extensive.
