The highway patrol reports the arrest in Sullivan County of a Milan resident on a felony parole warrant.
Twenty-nine-year-old Thomas N. Miller was arrested Tuesday afternoon and taken to the Sullivan County Jail. The arrest bond shows no bond on the parole warrant.
Miller’s original charge in Sullivan County was driving while intoxicated, persistent offender.
